These are the instructions to install Mediatek Drivers using the Mediatek Driver Auto Installer Tool (this method can be used on Windows 7, Windows 8, 8.1, and Windows 10).

Install Mediatek Drivers in 5 Seconds

1. Download and extract Mediatek Driver Auto Installer package on the Computer. If in case, you have already downloaded and extracted the driver package, then SKIP this step.



2. Once you have extracted the driver package, you will be able to see the following files:



3. Open Install Drivers.bat to Launch the Setup Dialog Box:

How to use SN Write Tool

These are the instructions to Write, Flash, Fix, or Change IMEI on MediaTek devices using SN Write Tool.

Caution: Writing or flashing IMEI other than the original is illegal. We do not recommend you to Flash or Write IMEI other than the original IMEI.

Write or Change IMEI using SN Write Tool

1. Download and install Mediatek Drivers on the computer. If in case Mediatek Drivers are already installed on the computer, then SKIP this step.



2. Download and extract SN Write tool on the computer. After extracting the tool, you will be able to see the following files:



3. Open SN Writer.exe to Launch the Tool:



4. Once SN Write Tool is launched, you will be able to see the following screen:



5. Click on the ComPort and select USB VCOM.



6. Click on Target Type and select Smart Phone (only if you want to write IMEI on Smartphone. If you want to write IMEI on FeaturePhone, then select FeaturePhone option).



7. Click on System Config Button.



8. Once System Config is launched, Select IMEI, BT Address and Wifi Address in Write Option.



9. If you are having a Dual SIM device, then select Dual IMEI Option (if you have single SIM device then dont select any option).



10. Now, Under the Database File Option, Add the MD1_DB and AP_DB (both files comes with the Stock Firmware of the device or you can find it in the AB BP base folder).



11. Click on Save button:



12. Click on Start button:



13. Under the Scan Data Write the IMEI_1 and IMEI_2, Bluetooth Address, Wifi Address and click on the OK button:



14. Power off your Device and Remove the battery (only if the battery is removable) and Connect the device to the Computer using the USB Cable.

How to install Xiaomi Flash Tool

These are the instructions to install Xiaomi Flash Tool on Windows Computer (this method can be used on Windows XP, Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and Windows 10).

Install Xiaomi Flash Tool

1. Download and extract the latest version of Xiaomi Flash Tool on the Computer. If in case you have already downloaded and extracted the tool, then SKIP this step.

How to backup and restore IMEI NVRAM

These are the instructions to backup and restore IMEI NVRAM data on your Android Device using MTK Droid Tools.

Requirements: You need to have basic information about the IMEI, NVRAM and MTK Droid Tools.

Backup IMEI NVRAM Data

1. Download and install Android ADB Driver on your computer.
